From Couch to 5K

Thinking about getting in shape but just can’t get motivated? Studies show group support is a key ingredient for successful weight loss and consistent exercise. Join me and Candice for a FREE 9 week couch to 5 k run/walk program. The program moves slowly and you WILL be able to finish a 5k by the end of the program! Bring your friends and watch the pounds begin to shed!

Free 9 week run/walk program

When: Mondays (6:30 pm), Thursdays (6:30 pm) and Saturday (10:00 am) starting May 4th

Where: Amityville Memorial High School, Amityville,  NY 11701
